What is PPMGO?
PPMGO is a B2B cast and presentation workspace for talent agencies. Manage your actor roster, build presentation packs, and send downloadable share links to clients. Magnesia LLC operates the Service. We do not take a commission on bookings.
Who is it for?
Casting agencies, talent managers, and in-house agency teams that need one place for roster, decks, and client delivery. It is not the actor self-serve plan — that lives at /player-subscription.
What are the plans?
MENAJER, MENAJER PRO, and MENAJER ULTRA, with monthly count quotas (not storage). MENAJER: 50-person roster, 10 downloadable share links, 10 PPTX, and 1 team seat (owner included), free — Briefler included; upgrade to Pro for Cast and delivery tools. MENAJER PRO: 250 / 50 / 50 and 5 team seats (owner included) at $99/month. MENAJER ULTRA: 1000 / 200 / 200 and 10 team seats (owner included), free entitlement tier. Soft cap is 500 MB per file on every plan.
How does billing work?
Monthly or yearly. Yearly is prepaid at ten times the monthly price (two months free). Checkout is not live on the site yet; plan questions go to hello@ppmgo.com. There is no commission on jobs you book.
How do team seats and invites work?
Each plan includes team seats, and the owner counts toward the cap. Invite colleagues from agency settings. MENAJER is owner-only until you upgrade. MENAJER PRO includes 5 seats (owner included). MENAJER ULTRA includes 10 (owner included).
What can we send to clients?
Cast lists (Main + REKLAM CAST), PPTX as Tekli, Toplu, or seçerek, plus downloadable share links. Import is labeled CAST KLASÖRLERİNİ İÇE AKTAR. You do not need a separate transfer package just to send actor folders.
How do we sign up as an agency?
Create an account from Sign in → Create account. If you enter an agency name, we create that agency and a manager seat. If you leave it blank, you stay an unassigned manager until an admin places you. New agencies start on Menajer.
How is this different from the actor club?
This FAQ is for the agency workspace. Actor subscription at /player-subscription is a separate self-serve membership for talent. Actor packages stay on /player-subscription only.
