Terms of Service

PPMGO is software operated by Magnesia LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to ppmgo.com and related applications (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This page is a product summary for customers and reviewers; it is not legal advice.
1. Operator
The Service is operated by Magnesia LLC, Magnesia LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste 36529, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: hello@ppmgo.com or destek@ppmgo.com.
2. The Service
PPMGO provides a B2B workspace for talent agencies to manage actor rosters, build presentation packs, and share links with clients. Agency plans are Basic, Pro, and Ultra, billed in US dollars monthly or yearly. An actor-club experience is also offered at /kulup. We do not take a commission on jobs booked through the Service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Agency plans include team seats as described on the pricing page. You may not use the Service for anyone under 16.
4. Subscriptions and fees
Yearly billing is charged upfront at ten times the monthly price (two months free). Agency plan payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. Posted prices are in USD and may not include taxes. Plan questions go to hello@ppmgo.com.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your content
You retain rights to talent profiles, photos, videos, and other materials you upload. You grant Magnesia LLC a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service, including share links you create.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that the Service is error-free, or that using it will result in bookings or revenue.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnesia LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid fees.
9. Termination
You may cancel as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new “Last updated” date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming may hear disputes relating to these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here waives rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.
