This policy explains what information PPMGO collects and how Magnesia LLC uses it. It is written for customers and payment reviewers. It is not a certification of any specific privacy law.

2. Information we collect
Account data: name, email, phone when you provide it, agency name, and authentication credentials stored by our auth provider.
Profile and roster data: professional details, photos, videos, tags, and notes you upload for cast presentations.
Usage data: pages viewed, basic device and browser information, and logs needed to run and secure the Service.
Communications: emails you send us. We do not sell personal information.
3. How we use information
We use this information to create and maintain accounts, provide the agency workspace and actor-club features, send transactional email, improve the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
4. Sharing
We share information with vendors that help us operate the Service — for example hosting, authentication, email, object storage, and Stripe for payments.
People on your agency team can see roster data you manage. Share links expose the presentation materials you choose to send. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.
5. Retention
We keep account and roster data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for backups, disputes, or legal obligations. Email us if you want an account deleted.
6. Security
We use standard hosting, access controls, and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can update profile information in the product, cancel a subscription as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and request access or deletion by emailing hello@ppmgo.com. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. Contact us to exercise them.
8. International transfers
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be processed in the United States.
9. Children
The Service is intended for professional use by adults and agencies. It is not directed at children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The new date will appear on this page.
