Politica di rimborso e cancellazione

Questa politica riguarda gli abbonamenti per agenzie PPMGO gestiti da Magnesia LLC. L'iscrizione self-service per attori è descritta su /player-subscription e segue lo stesso canale di contatto per la disdetta.
1. What you are buying
Agency plans (Temel / Pro / Pro+) include free and paid tiers. Pro is a software subscription billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly. Yearly plans are prepaid at ten times the monthly price (two months free). The product is a digital workspace delivered online when an account is provisioned.
2. Cancel anytime
You may cancel a subscription at any time by emailing hello@ppmgo.com (and, once the customer portal is available, through Stripe). Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues through the end of the period already paid.
3. Monthly plans
Fees for the current monthly period are generally not refunded after that period has started, except as described below or where required by law.
4. Yearly plans
Yearly fees are charged upfront. If you cancel mid-year we do not automatically prorate unused months, except as described below or where required by law.
5. Good-faith refunds
If you have not substantially used the Service, contact us within 7 days of the initial charge and we will review a full refund of that charge. Please email us before opening a chargeback so we can help.
6. How to request a refund or cancel
Email hello@ppmgo.com or destek@ppmgo.com from the account email and include the plan name. We typically reply within a few business days. Agency plan payments are charged through Stripe Checkout.
7. Changes
Prices and this policy may change. We will not change the refund terms that apply to a charge already made.
