PPMGO manifesto
IndustryBuilt by working professionals.
We know the waiting rooms, the agency walls, the invisible commissions, and how earned roles disappear behind middlemen. We came together as casting directors, managers, directors, and producers who have lived both sides of the camera.
PPMGO is not just a job board or a digital catalog; it is a closed-circuit accelerator where actors, models, and influencers can run their own careers.
We exist to put talent in front of the people who decide, widen your network, and keep you a step ahead with training. You should not have to do this alone. Coaching and our network stay with you.
This month in the club
Sharpen the craft. Widen the circle.
The actor who makes work, not waits
Instead of waiting for a call: how do you design, shoot, and ship your own comedy, short, or digital series? A guide to starring in your own story.
Unfiltered truths
After a rejection, actors most want the answer to “Why?” You can give them the truth, not a tactic.
What we actually say at the PPM table
After an audition, what do the director, producer, and casting director really debate? Why did someone else get the role you played well? Hard facts worth knowing.
Mental and strategic survival
Staying upright through months of silence and rejection — and the psychology of staying in the game.
PPMGO actor club coffee meetups
Meet peers, talk through your projects, and feel the power of making work together.
